Two corn tortillas basted in enchilada sauce grilled with jack cheese. Filled with choice of sirloin steak* or chicken sautéed in adobo sauce. Topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro & cotija cheese. Served with rice, frijoles de la olla, salsa picante and sweet corn cake.
